Agreement

By accessing or using I2S OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service with Teeman LLC ("Teeman," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

I2S OS is the Idea to Sales system for structuring ideas and execution toward sales, delivered through the Service. We may change, limit, or discontinue features as we improve the product. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid use.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you add to the Service. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it to provide the Service to you.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service — for example:

• Illegal activity, harassment, or infringing others' rights;
• Attempting to break, overload, or bypass security;
• Scraping or reselling access without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or meet every business outcome. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teeman is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars or what you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
