Who we are

I2S OS is operated by Teeman LLC ("we," "us"). Contact details will be published on this site when support email is available.

What we collect

  • Account data — email and profile details you provide when you sign up or use the product.
  • Idea workspace content — titles, notes, and other materials you enter into I2S OS to run the sequence.
  • Technical data — basic logs and diagnostics needed to run the service securely (e.g. IP address, device/browser type, timestamps). We use this to prevent abuse and fix outages.

Why we use it

We process information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve I2S OS;
  • Authenticate you and keep your workspace secure;
  • Respond to support requests;
  • Comply with law and protect our users and business.

Your ideas, Idea Bank, and Analyze reads

When you paste or upload a document for Analyze, brainstorm with I2S AI, or save work in the Idea Bank (stage fields, chat messages, exports, and onboarding clarity briefs), that content is sent to our servers over HTTPS (TLS).

Sensitive fields are encrypted in our database before storage (application-level AES-256-GCM). Only your signed-in account can decrypt and view them through the product. Row-level security blocks other users from accessing your rows.

I2S AI runs automated processing on our servers to produce stage reads, coaching, and exports. Processing happens in memory; we do not use your drafts for advertising or to train AI models.

We do not routinely have team members read your ideas. Access for support or legal compliance, when required, is limited and should be logged.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account subject to reasonable legal and security exceptions.
