The six stages (I2S Sequence)

The I2S Sequence is six ordered stages from raw idea to repeatable sales. Each stage has a job: clarify the buyer and offer, create something payable, configure delivery, communicate proof, convert revenue, then cycle learning back. Skipping order is how ideas fail in the wrong order.

Founders rarely lack effort. They lack sequence: proof collected in the wrong order looks like progress until Convert exposes the gap.

I2S OS runs every idea on this spine inside Idea Bank. An Analyze run shows which stage you are in today; Brainstorm is guided help on the next worksheet for that stage.

The forty-three tools hang off the stages — not as a menu, but as gates. Finish Clarify before you borrow credibility from Create.
