Clarify stage

Clarify is the first stage of Idea to Sales: define who buys, what problem you solve, and whether the path to revenue is plausible. Tools like IdeaScore, Avatar, and FitCheck turn opinions into saved proof. Most "no market need" failures are Clarify skipped too early.

Clarify is not brainstorming forever. It is deciding what must be true before Create earns time.
